Development Program Design
Management Development Program:
With this program,
those employees newly promoted to managerial positions
will be supported with training and coaching activities.
The Leader Development Program:
In line with this program,
existing managers of the Bank will be provided with a
comprehensive training program.
Establishing a Social Club
This club will allow the Bank employees to come together
beyond the office and participate in various hobbies and
leisure activities.
Projects on Compensation and Benefits
The Compensation System
The Bank’s wage policy will be revised and a new
compensation system established based on performance,
balances within the Bank and market conditions. In 2013,
the existing benefits of employees will be revised in line with
internal balances, requirements and market conditions, and
will be evaluated within the context of a reward system.

Projects
The Suggestion System
With this system, the Bank targets to set up an intellectual
infrastructure to develop new products and services, as well
as to adopt innovation and creativity as an integral part of
corporate culture. To ensure this, the Bank will establish
a platform on which employees can formulate their ideas
as “ready to apply projects”. Within the framework of this
system, creative and innovative ideas will be put into practice
and the project owners rewarded.
Updating Documentation
With this project, documentation deficiencies throughout the
Bank will be addressed, with a resulting rise in efficiency and
optimization of information retrieval.
Reducing Operational Load on Portfolios
In 2013, process improvement work is planned to reduce
the operational workload of employees working on client
portfolios. In this framework, a process automation study will
also be conducted.
