ABDULMONAM GEAT ALI TBIGHA PhD
Assistant General Manager/Credits
A graduate of Bani Walid University (Libya), Faculty of Electronics
Engineering, Mr. Tbigha completed his master’s degree in business
administration at the University of Central England and obtained his
doctorate in informatics at the University of Bradford (UK). From 2003
to 2012, he worked in various departments at Libyan Foreign Bank
and most recently in the position of Research&Development Manager.
Between 2010 and 2012, Mr. Tbigha served as Board Member at Arab-
Jordan Investment Bank and Deputy Chairman at Tropical Bank in
Uganda. He has held the position of Assistant General Manager at A&T
Bank since October 2012. He has 9 years of professional experience.

HAKAN TAT
Director/Business Support
A graduate of Dokuz Eylül University, Department of English
Economics, Mr. Tat subsequently worked in executive positions
in human resources at various leading institutions in banking and
telecommunications, including Pamukbank, Turkcell, Deutsche Bank,
Ericsson and Huawei between 1999 and 2012. He has held the position
of Business Support Division Director at A&T Bank since September
2012; he is responsible for the departments of Human Resources
Management, Administrative Services, Communications, Organization
and Process Management and the Project Management Office. He has
13 years of professional experience.

SALİH HATİPOĞLU
Assistant General Manager/Financial Management
and Strategic Planning
A graduate of Boğaziçi University, Department of Economics, Mr.
Hatipoğlu completed his master’s degree at Yeditepe University,
Department of Business Administration. Subsequently, he served as
Assistant Inspector at Sümerbank from 1998 to 2000. Mr. Hatipoğlu
has worked at A&T Bank since August 2000 and has held the position
of Assistant General Manager since July 2008. He has 14 years of
professional experience.
ÖZGÜR ERKER
Assistant General Manager/Treasury and
Financial Institutions
A graduate of Marmara University, Department of Business
Administration, Mr. Erker served as Assistant General Manager at
Dexia Private Bank from 2007 to 2009. He has worked as Assistant
General Manager at A&T Bank since 2009. He has 15 years of
professional experience.
ABDUSSALAM ELFITURI B. ABUSHAGUR
Assistant General Manager/Information Technologies
and Operations
A graduate of Bright Star University of Technology (Libya), Department
of Electronics Engineering, Mr. Abushagur later worked as Deputy
General Manager at Tropical Bank in Uganda and Information
Technologies Manager at Libyan Foreign Bank. He has served as
Assistant General Manager at A&T Bank since October 2012. He has
26 years of professional experience.
