VOLKAN KUBLAY 
Mr. Kublay graduated from Marmara University, Faculty of Economic
and Managerial Sciences, English Economics Department. From 2000
to 2008, he worked as Inspector at T. İş Bankası A.Ş., Department of
Inspection Council. Mr. Kublay was appointed as Assistant Manager of
the Participations Department in 2008 and has been serving as Unit
Manager responsible for Capital Markets Participations at T. İş Bankası
A.Ş. He has over 13 years of professional experience.
STATUTORY AUDITORS
ERTAN ALTIKULAÇ PhD 
Mr. Altıkulaç graduated from Marmara University, Faculty of Economic
and Managerial Sciences, Department of Econometrics; in addition,
he obtained a master’s degree at the Banking and Insurance Institute
and his doctorate in banking from the same university. Between
2005 and 2009, he served as Nişantaşı Branch Manager of T.C. Ziraat
Bankası A.Ş.; subsequently, he assumed the position of Head of
the International Relations Department from September 2009 until
December 30, 2011. Since that time, Dr. Altıkulaç has worked as Head
of Financial Institutions and Structured Financing at the same bank. He
has more than 17 years of professional experience.


