• In 2015, the Bank plans to develop a Demand Management
function. The purpose of this new function is to improve
communication between business units and the IT
Department, and thus increase the level of internal customer
satisfaction. With this functionality, demands will be
submitted to the IT Department via electronic environment
and in writing; as a result, business requirements will become
technically more intelligible for the Bank’s IT teams.
• In frame of the Workflow Management Project, other
business processes will also be transferred to electronic
environment.
• The Bank plans to initiate efforts to integrate the Electronic
Workflow Management System with the Core Banking
Application. The objective is to make electronic workflows,
and hence Bank business processes, more efficient while
also reducing transaction times.
• The Bank will also initiate efforts to develop a Customer
Relationship Management application integrated into
the Core Banking Application in keeping with the Bank’s
business requirements.
• Development of the infrastructure for receiving tax office,
social security institutions, invoice payments will be
completed and the application will be launched.
• The e-invoicing system will be launched in the coming year.
• The Bank will start submitting the e-notebook, ledger and
record books to the Ministry of Finance via electronic means.
• Once the integration of the T24 Core Banking Application
with the Identity Information Sharing System (IISS) is
complete, basic customer information such as first name,
last name, place of birth and address will be automatically
transferred from the IISS to the Core Banking Application.
With this feature enabled, the accuracy of customer identity
information and addresses will be checked systematically.
• The Bank plans to establish a new reporting structure, which
will enable a more detailed entry of targets by reviewing
customer efficiency reports, comparison of realized and
set performance targets, and a better analysis of customer
efficiency.
• The T24 Core Banking Application, which is currently a
desktop application, will be upgraded with the T24 Browser
to become a browser-based application.
• The T24 Image Processing Management module will
be activated in order to enter all types of customer
documentation (e.g. signature, photograph, ID photocopies,
and the like) into the T24 Core Banking System. This will
enable these documents to be automatically viewed during
banking transactions, whenever necessary.
