Financial Information

Organization and Process Management Department

Workload and workforce analyses were conducted at the Head

Office units and the branches.

In 2014, efforts to develop an Employee Suggestion System

were initiated. The objective is to solicit, collect and use

employees’ creative ideas and to implement those suggestions

that will add value to the organization to ensure continuous

improvement. The system will be launched in 2015.

Administrative Services Department

In 2014, a new seating configuration was made to create a

more comfortable working environment for employees.

The Bank ensured that all necessary workplace health

and safety measures were taken, and that the required

infrastructure was completed.

Communication Department

All changes related to effective customer relationship

practices were undertaken successfully and communicated to

stakeholders via the corporate website and press releases.

The Department participated in various fairs and events that

contribute to trade activities in North Africa and the Middle

East. Besides, further strengthening its corporate image

through sponsorships, the Department improved the Bank’s

communication with its target audience.

In all promotional activities carried out by A&T Bank

Communication Department, the rising importance of North

Africa and the Middle East as well as the Bank’s expertise in the

region was emphasized.

With regard to social responsibility efforts, A&T Bank made

monetary donations to support various initiatives carried out

by the Turkish Educational Foundation (Soma Hope Fund),

Educational Volunteers Foundation of Turkey, Spinal Cord Injury

Association of Turkey, and the Families of War Veterans and

Martyrs Association.
