In the coming period, A&T Bank aims to expand the customer
base in line with its core strategy of achieving profitable growth.
This way, the Bank will be able to offer better and more effective
service to business partners, increase profitability, and also
deepen relationships with customers by creating cross-selling
opportunities through cash management products. The Bank
aims to establish long-term and productive relationships with
corporate clients in its portfolio and capture a bigger share
of their cash flows. To that end, A&T Bank plans to launch
the Customer Relationship Management Program in 2015;
through this program, the Bank will continue to offer solutions
and services to corporate clients in line with their needs.
In 2015, the Bank plans to participate in various domestic and
international events such as trade shows, conferences, summits
and seminars in order to strengthen its brand recognition,
especially among potential clients in the corporate and
commercial segment.
In relation to trade transactions, the main strategy of A&T Bank
will be to sustain and even increase its regional strength by
virtue of its long lasting experience and broad correspondent
network in the MENA Region. In Turkey, the Bank will increase
its market share in corporate and commercial banking segment
with the aim of broadening its customer base as well as offering
services to larger scale SMEs especially through its branches
out of Istanbul and Ankara.
A&T Bank will continue efforts to add technology-based as
well as traditional banking offerings to its product portfolio. By
launching tax office, social security institution, invoice payment
project in 2015 and offering these services via Internet Banking,
A&T Bank will take another important step toward perfecting
the customer experience.
Strengthened by the local and global experience and expertise
of its powerful shareholders, A&T Bank plans to continue
developing partnerships and increasing the business volume
between clients in its portfolio and companies operating in
Turkey’s most dynamic sectors.
