Who can benefit from A&T Bank Internet Branch?
Our Retail Branch customers and all other customers in Corporate, Commercial, SME and Enterprise Banking business units can benefit from A&T Bank's Internet Branch. It is enough to open a demand deposit account in our bank in order to start to use Internet Branch.

What is the difference between Corporate Internet Branch, being used by companies, and Retail Internet Branch, being used by individual customers?
There are two points differentiating Corporate Internet Branch and Retail Internet Branch. Firstly, Corporate Internet Branch has products addressing corporate customers and secondly there are different levels of authorization that can be defined for each user code. Persons that will perform transactions on behalf of a company through Corporate Internet Branch and levels of authorization of these persons are determined by authorized representative of that company. Users can securely perform all authorized transactions with their user codes and passwords.

How can I apply for Retail Internet Branch / A&T Bank Mobile application, what are the required documents?
It is enough to complete Internet Branch application form for natural persons, who have a demand deposit account in A&T Bank, to apply for Retail Internet Branch and/or A&T Bank Mobile Apllication

How can I apply for Corporate Internet Branch, what are the required documents?
It is enough for Companies that have a demand deposit account in A&T Bank to complete Corporate Internet Branch application form, which would be signed by the person(s) that is/are authorized to bind and represent the company and which would bear the company's seal, in order to apply for Corporate Internet Branch.

How are the transaction authorizations and limits determined in Corporate Internet Branch?
User authorizations and limits (View, Entry, Approval authorizations) are the restrictions to be applied for the staff, who are authorized perform transactions on behalf of your company through A&T Bank Corporate Internet Branch, which determine which transactions can be performed under which limits. These authorizations and limits are determined by your company and mentioned in Corporate Internet Branch Form.

Can we immediately start to use A&T Bank Corporate Internet Branch service?
The branch defines the users in the system and delivers password envelopes after the documents are checked. Internet branch is made available after approvals are obtained from relevant units.

Which information I need to use Internet Branch?
The user can log into the system with User Code, Password and approval buttons received by Mobile Approval device in order for Retail and Corporate Branch and perform transactions in accordance with predefined sets of transactions.

It is enough to apply to the Branch and provide information about the user, whose authorizations are requested to be revoked, and to submit a written instruction for performance of this operation.

When you make a request for Internet Branch, the password envelope will be delivered by your Branch to the user that has made that request.

How many times must I enter my Internet Branch A&T Bank Mobile application password incorrectly in order to block it?
If you enter your password incorrectly for 3 times, your password is blocked.

I have changed my password but the system again asks me to change it?
It is requested to change the passwords, 30 days of validity period of which have expired.

I want to change my mobile phone number, through which I receive the password. What should I do?
"I want to update my information" checkbox for "Retail Internet Branch Application Form" must be checked by our retail customers and "Corporate Internet Branch Application Form" must be checked by our corporate customers and the relevant forms must be completed and Retail Customers must apply to the Branch with their Identity Card and Corporate Customers must apply with Identity Card and the Company's signature circular.

Yes, all users that are logging in Internet Branch must approve their login everytime they try to log in.

No, it is not possible.

If the starting password of A&T Bank Mobile application is blocked due to incorrect entries or any other reason, what should I do?
If A&T Bank Mobile Application's password enter wrongly 3 times your account will be blocked. With your security questions you can create a new password. If you can not remember your security questions you should contact with your branch.

What should be done if A&T Bank Mobile application is not operating?
First of all, you should be sure that your mobile application ıs up to date. If your application is not working even if it's updated, you should contact with your branch.

No, a unique user code and password is given to each user.

Please check whether your Internet settings and certificates are updated or not and you are not subjected to any IP limitation.

You might have established such type of a limitation through "Use Settings" menu of Internet Branch. You must contact with your Branch.

The resolution must be minimum 1024 x 768 px.

You can access your account movements and receipt information through our Internet Banking and A&T Bank Mobile chanels.
