Kemal Şahin graduated from Middle
East Technical University, Department
of Business Administration in 1988.
He served in the Inspection Council
between 1989 and 1998, as Assistant
Manager in the Participations
Department’s real estate unit from
1998 until 2004, and as Unit Manager
in the Participations Department’s
real estate, food, health and call
center units from 2004 to 2014 at
Türkiye İş Bankası A.Ş. Mr. Şahin
has been serving as Unit Manager
in the Participations Department’s
overseas banking unit since October
2014. He has 26 years of professional
experience. Kemal Şahin was
appointed as Member of A&T Bank’s
Board of Directors on December 24,
2014 and as Member of the Audit
Committee on December 25, 2014.
ÖMER MUZAFFER BAKTIR

A graduate of Istanbul Technical
University, Faculty of Mines,
Department of Mining Engineering,
Ömer Muzaffer Baktır worked as
Assistant General Manager at Türkiye
Halk Bankası A.Ş. from 2004 to 2010.
He has held the position of Assistant
General Manager responsible for
Marketing at T.C. Ziraat Bankası A.Ş.
since November 2011. Mr. Baktır
has been serving as Member of the
Board of Directors and Member of the
Audit Committee at A&T Bank since
December 8, 2011. He has 25 years of
professional experience.
ABDULFATAH A. ENAAMI

Business Operation and Finance,
Abdulfatah A. Enaami worked as
Manager of the Portfolio Investments
Department at Libyan Foreign Bank
between 2006 and 2007. He held
the position of Manager responsible
for Direct Investments at the Libyan
Investment Authority from 2008
until 2012. Mr. Enaami served as
Manager of the Portfolio Investments
Department at Libyan Foreign Bank
between 2012 and 2015. He has
served as Head of Treasury and Capital
Markets at Libyan Foreign Bank since
January 1, 2015. Mr. Enaami was
appointed as Member of the Board of
Directors at A&T Bank on March 15,
2012. He has 21 years of professional
experience.
