According to our Bank’s employees’ current duties and the positions for which they are candidates for, the technical and personal trainings are planned in the basis of the required information, skill and behaviors and these trainings are realized by the expert training companies. For monitoring the improvements in banking and financial fields, detailed training programs are organized for enabling our employees to get specialization in their professions.

Our training process which starts on-the-job at our Bank is continuously supported with courses and seminars shaped according to the duty and the necessities of the person thus the knowledge and skills of our employees are regularly improved through this way.
