  • How to apply?

    - You can visit our branches to apply a free of charge debit card. After your application, your debit card will be delivered to your
      address. 
    - If you want to have your card instantly, you can get a no name debit card from our branches.
    - If you have a debit card, you can apply for a virtual debit card in our Internet Banking or Mobile Banking channels to use in your
      e-commerce shopping.
    - You should have a current account in our bank in order to apply debit card. With your debit card, you can only make transactions
      in Türkiye with the amount in your TL account at ATMs and shopping.
     

  • What are the types and differences of the debit card?

    - Named debit card: It is a free debit card with the cardholder's name on it. After the application made at the branch, the card is
      sent to your address. If you wish, you can also request that your card be sent to your branch. 
    - No-name debit card: It is a free debit card without the cardholder's name on it. If you want to have your card instantly, you can
      get an no-name debit card from our branches. 
    - What are the differences? When you apply for an no-name debit card, the card will be personalized by the branch staff. After
      personalization, the no-name debit card will have the same features as the named debit card.
     

  • Where can I use?

    - You can shop at Türkiye or abroad where you see Maestro logo, as much as the amount in your account.
    - You can use your debit card at all ATMs in Türkiye and at ATMs with the Mastercard logo abroad. For cash withdrawals
      from ATMs abroad, commissions are charged depending on the bank or the amount. You can perform cash withdrawal,
      deposit and balance inquiries from İs Bank Bankamatik (ATMs) free of charge. With your debit card, you can only make
      transactions in Türkiye with the amount in your TL account at ATMs and shopping.
    - You can use your debit card for online shopping by using the 3D secure system.
    - You can easily shop with your contactless debit card without need a password or looking for coins or waiting for change. 
     

  • My Card Has Been Stolen / I want to cancel my card. What should I do?

    You can cancel your card via our Internet Banking or Mobile Banking channels, by calling +90 212 373 64 64 or by visiting our branches.

  • How can I make a spending objection?

    - You can submit your spending objection by visiting our branches. Our bank will inform you within 15 days. 

  • How can I access my card password?

    - As soon as your named debit card is printed, your card password will be created and sent to you via SMS. 
    - When you receive your no-name debit card from the branch, your password will be created and sent to you via SMS.

  • How can I update my card password?

    You can set a new password through our Internet Banking or Mobile Banking channels. You can request a new password to be sent by visiting our branches.
     

  • What are the limits of the card?

    You can use the amount in the account to which your debit card is linked, within the daily limits set for shopping or withdrawing money.
    Daily limits would be updated and announced on our website.

    Contactless Transactions 1500 TL / 5 TRANSACTION / 7500 TL


    Contactless one-time transaction limit is 1500 TL. After 5 consecutive (not daily) transactions and/or 7500 TL, encrypted transactions are required. Afterwards, contactless transactions can be made again.

  • How can I change the features of my card?

    You can change the following features of your card via our Internet Banking or Mobile Banking channels or by visiting our branches:
    - Closing the card for shopping / ATM transactions abroad
    - Closing the card for ATM transactions in Türkiye
    - Closing the card for e-commerce transactions
    - Turning off the contactless or mail-order feature of the card

  • How can I track my card transactions?

    You can track your card transactions via Internet Banking or Mobile Banking channels.

  • Can I have a card without opening an account?

    No. To apply for a card, you must have an individual current account at our bank.

  • Can I have more than one debit card?

    You can have one named card and one no-name card. You can link your card to only one current account.
