Bankası A.Ş. since November 2011.
Mr. Baktır has served as Member
of the Board of Directors and the

December 8, 2011. He has 24 years of
professional experience.

and Finance Department of Sheffield
Hallam University (UK), Mr. Enaami
worked as Manager of the Portfolio
Investments Department at Libyan
Foreign Bank between 2006 and 2007.
Between 2007 and 2012, he has held
the position of Manager responsible
for Direct Investments at the Libyan
Investment Authority. Mr. Enaami has
been working as Manager of Portfolio
Investments Department at Libyan
Foreign Bank since 12.10.2012.
Mr. Enaami has been serving as
Member of the Board of Directors at
A&T Bank since March 15, 2012.
He has 20 years of professional
experience.
BAHATTİN ÖZARSLANTÜRK
Member of the Board
Mr. Bahattin Özarslantürk graduated
from Istanbul University, Management
(English) Department in 1994. He
subsequently began his career as
Assistant Specialist in Credits at
Zincirlikuyu Branch of Türkiye İş Bankası
A.Ş. in Istanbul. He was appointed
to Accounting Department in 2000
and assumed responsibility in Risk
Management Department between
2001and 2002. Working in Corporate
Loans Department as Specialist in
2002, he was appointed as Assistant
Manager within the same year. He
became Corporate Loans Regional
Manager in 2006, and then Branch
Manager in Hadımköy Commercial
Branch and Güneşli Corporate Branch
in 2009 and 2011, respectively. He
was appointed as Commercial Loans
Allocation Department Manager on
February 28, 2013. Being also a Board
Member in A&T Leasing, he was
appointed as Member of the Board of
Directors on March 29, 2013.
Mr. Bahattin Özarslantürk has 20 years
of professional experience.
