In 2014, the Department targets to initiate the below mentioned
projects and applications within the framework of the plan:
• Automation and enhancement of Personal Performance
Management System,
• Launch of an Organizational Backup System to backup
key employees working in critical positions thus ensuring
business continuity,
• Managing the Bank’s human resource needs in line with the
results of the Norm Determination Study and Work Load
Analysis,
• Activation of HR infrastructure systems including leave
management, training, recruitment and payroll,
• Realization of Assessment Center project,
• Setting up of various development programs (Manager
Development etc.) for different positions at the Bank,
• Creation of an e-learning system for employees.
Projects
In 2013, A&T Bank focused on the restructuring and
improvement of its Human Resources function. These efforts
will increasingly continue throughout 2014.
Projects Realized in 2013:
Personal Performance Management System Project
Initiated in 2012, A&T Bank Personal Performance
Management System Project was completed in 2013 by
the Human Resources Management Department. The
Performance Management System, established with
personal scorecard methodology, is comprised of targets and
competences. Within the context of this system, all employees
and managers were provided with training regarding the
Performance Management System.
Human Resources
In 2013, A&T Bank focused on restructuring and improvement of its
Human Resources function. These efforts will increasingly continue
throughout 2014.
Human Resources Software Project
In 2013, the work was carried out for the adaptation of the
Human Resources software to the Bank’s purposes. The A&T
Bank organizational structure was defined by the software
and the required infrastructure was created. Moreover, the
Human Resources Self Service application, through which all
employees are able to access and update their information, was
activated. The project will consist of three phases and when
completed, all information, processes and reports related to
Human Resources will be prepared and managed with this
software.
Job Title Study
Within the scope of this study, all the job titles throughout the
Bank were revised; in addition to existing job titles, new title
structures and criteria were defined for mid-level positions.
Updating Policies and Procedures
In 2013, all the policies affecting human resources processes
were revised and the procedures and regulations that were not
in practice before were put in writing.
