In 2013, while it is 2.74% in the banking industry, the
non-performing loans ratio of A&T Bank is 0.62%
due to its prudent credit policy and effective customer
relations management.
As it happens every year, A&T Bank also improved its service
quality with a “boutique” banking approach in 2013. Within the
scope of its corporate and commercial banking activities, A&T
Bank primarily focused on high-turnover companies operating
in construction, manufacturing, finance and textile sectors.
The credit evaluation process of A&T Bank includes morality,
market intelligence, financial data as well as past and expected
future performance of the companies. Customer specific
demands are separately evaluated and met with tailor-made
solutions.
A&T Bank’s loan products are divided into two categories: cash
and non-cash loans, Cash loans are provided by considering
companies’ requirements and cash flows, whereas non-
cash loans are offered based on the customers’ projects and
commercial relations.
The Bank’s evaluation process is based on its principle of
establishing long-term relations with the customers. When
providing cash and non-cash credits, the competent and expert
team of the Bank primarily determines the clients’ necessities
based on one-to-one customer relationships.

In addition, the Bank provides Eximbank credits.
In 2013, cash and non-cash loan volumes increased by 97%
and 51%, respectively, compared to the previous year.
The share of cash loans in total assets continued to increase to
26.8% as of 2012-end, up from 23.1% at the end of 2011 and
43.2% as of the end of 2013.
