also put into practice in terms of
performance measurement of
branches, customers and products.
Moreover, a reliable reporting and
efficiency measurement infrastructure
was established. Agency agreements
were signed with Ziraat Sigorta and
Anadolu Sigorta insurance companies
in line with the target of increasing
product diversity in addition to working
with those group companies in a more
synergic atmosphere. As a result of
this cooperation, A&T Bank branches
began to actively market the products
of these companies. Additional revenue
obtained from these activities further
contributed to the profitability of the
Bank. Meanwhile, parallel to increasing
cooperation in sharing and directing
clients, successful transactions were
realized with A&T Leasing.
Towards Customer Focused
Growth
Within the framework of the three-year
strategic plan, the Sales and Marketing
Group targets to achieve customer
oriented growth, increase cash
management product range, launch
an internet banking application within
the first quarter of 2014 and enter new
markets with openings for foreign trade.
In addition to increasing its business
volume, the Bank aims to establish a
structure that will ensure increasing
portfolio revenue by means of cross-
sale opportunities.

The Future Ahead
In relation to trade transactions,
the main strategy of A&T Bank will
increasingly sustain its regional strength
by virtue of its long lasting experience
and broad correspondent network in
the Middle East and North Africa. In
Turkey, the Bank will increase its market
share in corporate and commercial
banking with the aim of broadening
its customer base as well as offering
services to larger scale SMEs especially
through its branches out of Istanbul and
Ankara.
In 2014, by effectively reflecting the
value added created by local and global
experience of its strong shareholders
to the companies taking place in its
portfolio, A&T Bank will continue to
increase its business volume and
to develop partnerships with the
companies operating in Turkey’s
locomotive industries.
