Turkish Accounting Standards, Turkish Financial Reporting Standards related appendices and interpretations on these. Unless
stated otherwise, the accompanying unconsolidated financial statements are presented in thousand of Turkish Lira (TL) as of
31 December 2012 and independently audited and enclosed.
