The Group does not have any credit derivate contract.
7. Information on contingent liabilities and assets
The Group has provided TL 202 (31 December 2011: TL 389) of provision for the disputed legal cases filed by various persons
and institutions, high probability of occurrence and requiring cash outflow. The amount is shown under the Other Provisions
Note II -7. Although there are other ongoing lawsuits that against the Bank, do not expect high possibility of against result and
cash outflows related to these cases.
