6. Information on credit derivatives and related imposed risks
The Bank does not have any credit derivate contract
7. Information on contingent liabilities and assets
The Bank has provided TL 202 (31 December 2011: TL 389) of provision for the disputed legal cases filed by various persons
and institutions, high probability of occurrence and requiring cash outflow. The amount is shown under the Other Provisions
Note II -7. Although there are other ongoing lawsuits that against the Bank, do not expect high possibility of against result and
cash outflows related to these cases.
